Consultation
Our consultants attend your site(s) and conduct a detailed inspection of your entire system to determine any potential for existing or future challenges utilising ISO Standards and current guidelines.
AUDIT CURRENT PRACTICES
We can regularly audit your practices to ensure your continued compliance with the overall CSSD/Endoscopy requirements allowing complete transparency of records and audit readiness. Implementation of the internal surveillance schedule.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
We develop customised training tools, implement annual training as well as competencies for existing staff and new staff at your facility. We also conduct educational in-services on all new process and existing equipment.
VALIDATION OF PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
We work with existing suppliers of your processing equipment and ensure complete compliance. Ensuring re-validation of equipment is conducted according to National and International Standards. We also maintain appropriate records and relevant information pertaining to all equipment used at the facility.
WORK INSTRUCTION & DOCUMENTATION
We ensure risks are identified and reported promptly, and prevention strategies are implemented to ensure the safety of all patients, staff and consumers. We also create or update all work instructions according to manufacturer’s instructions (IFU’s).
CSSD COMPLIANCE GAP ANALYSIS
Provide an action plan using an existing Gap Analysis provided by the facilities Infection Control Auditor. Consultants work with facilities in developing a concrete strategy to close any existing gaps.
